Payment options for 2017
Dr. Steve Lynn accepts Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express.
- REFUND POLICY:Please email: steverlynn@att.net to cancel a class, you may call 931-455-8348 to verify we received your email.
- 25% cancellation fee applies if 30 days or more advance written notice is given. >
- 50% cancellation fee applies if less than 30 days advance written notice is given from the course date.
- Refund is waived if you do not show up for your scheduled class without notice, rescheduling is not confirmed before 8am on the day of your class or if less than 24 hours cancellation notice is given.
- We allow "rescheduling" one time without a fee. We offer this one time option to reschedule as a courtesy. We understand emergencies and illness happens. Options to contact us to reschedule are as follows: call our office as soon as you realize you cannot make the class but "no later than 8 am the day of class". Or email your request to steverlynn@att.net before 8am on the day of your scheduled class. You must reschedule to a date within the next 3 months for this to be valid. This does not apply to cancellation of class entirely.
- If you miss your reschedule date there is no refund. Rescheduling does not apply to continuing education seminars.
- PRIVACY POLICY:
- Regarding our certification programs: We only gather information to verify your active dental license, contact information and that which is required by the TN Board of Dentistry to become eligible to take the certification course and submit it to the TN Board of Dentistry.
- Regarding our continuing education programs: We only gather contact information and that which is required by PACE and our ADME CE program (Dr. Lynn's Academy of Dental and Medical Educators) to issue you a CE certificate.
- We respect your privacy and do NOT share your private information with anyone except the "information required" by the TN Board of Dentistry and PACE.

You will not be registered for a course until payment is received, seats are not held until payments arrives. Seats are limited. In order to mail in your course fees, please mail to:
